Take Flight – Mark Booth

Mark Booth has been teaching people about Nature and the importance of understanding bio-diversity for forty years, starting in High School as the summer Nature Councilor at an Indianapolis area Scout Camp.  After College, Mark was hired as a Keeper, then Senior Keeper and Head bird trainer at the Indianapolis Zoo.  In 1998, Take Flight! Wildlife Education became his full time business, specializing in the presentation of Birds of Prey for area schools, nature centers, museums, scout groups and special events.  It is Mark’s hope that by meeting these magnificent animals up close, his audiences will develop a better understand and appreciation for the natural world.

CfR’s retreats are open to breast cancer survivors of all ages, all stages of treatment and recovery and are free to participants.
